Raqeeb Se is a story of a man’s long lost love; where he gets reunited with his ex after years of staying apart. As of now he is settled with his family and things take a drastic turn when out of nowhere; his first love turns up on his doorstep one day in a time of dire need. I strongly believe that; she has no one to turn to at a time like this and if she has someone they might not be trustworthy enough, specially with another dependent to be added to the baggage; her daughter who is most probably her only child. She appears to be tortured by her husband whilst living a miserable life with him that even her light and charm seems to be diminished.

This woman apparently rules the heart of her ex given the fact that he is ready to provide her and her daughter some shelter, but tries to act cold and unaffected by her presence which only appears to be a façade to prevent his own marriage and deal with; all of them living under the same roof. So as the story progresses I believe that the old love might be rekindled given the fact that his ex despite her tragedies appears to a pretty face with a strong personality hidden behind the shadows of her trials which will eventually surface. Along with this these two might have common interests.

Now I believe the story will also focus on how his wife will deal with this rival who already holds a special place in her husband’s heart, will she remain silent if they rekindle or even get married? Or will she take a stand for herself and her daughter.  She might even go for the sugar coated knife option but my prediction is that she’ll initially, stay silent then openly take a stand and risk losing her husband’s favor as at the end of the day it was never a relation straight from the heart and rather a compromise.

Thinking about His lover’s story, it still remains to be a mystery; that how much of helpless person she truly is or why she expects him to still have feelings for her. If their relationship is pursued it might lead to opening the doors and welcoming a storm in their house and even society has a right to question what are these two doing under his roof without any relation to him or that they might have been dating in secret over the years.

Last but not the least how all this will affect their daughters’ lives and if their relationship is pursued how will they react to it or what will happen about their prospect where marriage is concerned. Let’s see how and why the story turns out to be?
